Accessibility Statement
Last revised October 17, 2026
The short version
- We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA across the Hub.
- Tell us about any barrier and we will work on it.
- Information you cannot reach will be provided another way on request.
Our commitment
TurnPoint Hub should work for every visitor, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. We measure ourselves against established accessibility standards and keep improving.
The standard
We aim to conform substantially with WCAG 2.1, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, at Level AA wherever that is reasonably possible.
What we do in practice
- Keep text legible and contrast between text and background high enough.
- Make every form, button and interactive control usable with a keyboard alone.
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images and illustrations.
- Avoid conveying information through color, motion or sound alone.
- Honor the reduced-motion preference set in your system or browser.
Content from others
Pages may embed material supplied by other companies, for example videos, payment forms or analytics scripts. We favor providers that take accessibility seriously, but we cannot vouch for every element they deliver.
Reporting a barrier
If something on the Hub is difficult or impossible for you to use, please let us know and include:
- the page or feature where the problem occurred;
- which browser, Device or assistive technology was in use;
- what happened, as precisely as you can describe it.
Write to hello@turnpointhub.com or use the contact page. We answer within a reasonable time and fix confirmed problems as quickly as we can.
Another way to get the information
Where an accessibility barrier keeps you from information on the Hub, contact us and we will supply it in a format that suits you.
