Review and Testimonial Disclaimer

Last revised October 19, 2026

This applies to every review, testimonial, story, case study and reader contribution shown on turnpointhub.com, in our advertising, in our videos or in anything else connected with TurnPoint Hub.

The short version

  • A testimonial is one person's experience, never a typical or promised result.
  • Stories may be real, composite or labeled dramatizations; details may be changed for privacy.
  • Contributors are unpaid unless we say otherwise.

One person's experience

Each testimonial records what a single person thought and experienced. It is not a typical result and not a guaranteed one. Your experience may be very different, shaped by your background, skills, effort, consistency, circumstances and factors outside anyone's control.

Kinds of stories we use

A story may be a genuine account from a reader or customer, a composite assembled from several accounts, or a dramatization acted out for illustration. Whenever a story is dramatized, the material containing it says so.

Protecting privacy

We may change names, places or photographs to protect the people involved. What they described, the experience itself and its outcome, stays as they gave it to us.

Payment

Testimonials are given freely. Unless the specific material says otherwise, contributors receive neither payment nor free access to our resources in exchange.

Not a promise

A testimonial never promises, guarantees or forecasts what you will achieve, earn or experience.

Numbers in testimonials

If a testimonial mentions income, savings, hours spent or any other measurable figure, that figure is the contributor's own report and nothing else. We do not suggest that you or anyone will see the same or similar numbers. Most buyers of educational how-to material never apply it consistently and consequently never see comparable results.

Flagging a problem

If a testimonial on the Hub looks inaccurate to you, or you think it was used without the contributor's consent, email hello@turnpointhub.com or use the contact page and we will investigate.
